Being able to use 1 hand to fill a glass with water is a time saver when you have multiple glasses/servers happening at the same time. The only little glitch was, when they fill the cup to the top with ice, the water sometimes tends to splash out, and yes, I even turned down the flow rate. One with an aerator would have been much better.

Used two of these at Assisted living Baristas. Makes it really easy for Residents to serve them self purified drinking water for glasses and large containers.
