Wow, is this thing over built! All solid thick metal with strongly attached cutters. If you only need the interior cutters, the exterior cutter section can be unscrewed. The cutters are fairly sharp and close enough to do some pretty small tubing. The cutters were a bit aggressive on softer tubing, but I just reversed the direction of rotation and then it worked well. And the retractable cutter for the inner diameter trimming keeps it protected well. No risk of damage rolling around in a tool box or bag.
