I know you can purchase much cheaper rolling pins. THIS has flexibility for the temperature you want in order to roll your dough!! I have been looking for this for a few years now. You can fill this rolling pin with cold water and ice for dough that sticks if warm. Or you can add warm water for doughs that are difficult to roll because it's been chilled. Perfect tool for the kitchen

The rolling pin is easy to use, and clean. The weight of it is lite even after you add the water and freeze it.

As advertised. Quick delivery. Mostly using it frozen to roll my husband's back from back pain. Used to own one and lost it. A little expensive but worth it.
