Title^You do have to wear boots with them because of the weird shape of the heel piece, but I personally find them way better then springs. Lighter too.

These came standard with my “high end” hyper flex fins. They are awful and tear up your heel. Need flat grip like all other fins. Had to buy another set of straps just to use my fins again.

Works great with my husbands TUSA fins. It is nice that they are adjustable too.

After using the old style clip ons for 25 years these are so much easier to take off when getting back into the boat.
