These contrails ONLY work with 33c (with adapters) or Mercruiser gen 2 cables , for alpha 1 gen 2 sterndrives if you have gen 1 stile cables with the fixed plastic end on the controller side you will have to swap out your cables . Other than that they work fine .

Sometimes I forget, You get what you pay for. When it come to marine products there is a ton of mark up . So I though I found a great deal. I did not. Almost everything inside is plastic and poorly made. My kit showed up missing pieces. Later on I got an email from Amazon stating I return to many items that have been used and are missing pieces. My question is how do you know if it works and or you like it without using it?

I got this for my twin rig Hydrodyne with twin 225 optimax engines. Be aware that you must buy 4 cables for this unit to work properly with Merc. It's so much better and easier to run than my old Yama controls.
