It’s very cute but not super useful. The twisting motion doesn’t go very far and the resistance bands are pretty weak.

I was really excited to try this exercise board, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. It’s flimsy and unstable—every time I tried to balance on it, it would wobble too much and feel unsafe. The plastic feels cheap, and after a few uses, it already started to crack. It’s definitely not made for regular workouts or anyone over a certain weight. I wouldn’t trust it to hold up long-term. Save your money and invest in something more durable.

The rope snapped mid-workout—nearly injured myself! Color is garish, and the plastic cracks when you move. Terrible quality.

The "pink" is more like a tacky neon coral. The rope is flimsy and began unraveling immediately. So disappointed.
