I find the depth of the incisions to be too superficial and the tissue to be too friable. Even thick bites tear easily when tension is applied to bring the skin edges together.

The skin for the stitching pad is a bit stiff but great for the price overall still.

This was purchased for our granddaughter, who would like to be a vet. The kit has provided countless hours of practice for her. It’s easy to use and is highly motivating. As a high school student, she works at an animal clinic. They’re impressed with her knowledge regarding sutures.

The suture pad is very good! The only thing I don’t like about this purchase is the green pack of sutures, they don’t really match the type of suture pad I got and it was very difficult to use. Still worth it!
