This fits a 2004 Dodge 1500. Does not come with the lock clamp thing to keep it closed.

Overall not bad, little different shade then factory and can tell the material is not as nice. Had to flip the hinge around to line up with the indicator tabs on the lid right. But fit right up and looks nice in the truck. Would buy again for an easy fix to a ripped lid.
