As you can see from the photo, the shield is flipped up, and when it is down it makes my new helmet look like a pilot helmet. Very nice! Mirrored with a great tint too.

May look a bit odd on my half shell helmet, but it works great! No more upward pressure from stupid visor. First day I used it a huge Texas sized bug hit it hard at 75mph. Saved me a bruised face!
