Installed on a 1996 chevy 3500 with the 7 4L, 454. Kit was complete, even had the crush washers needed at the compressor. I did need to modify the mount where it meets the bottom of the compressor. The very front of the new compressor had clearance issues. Nothing 60 seconds with a grinder couldn't fix. Only other oddity for me was an additional sensor at the back of the compressor that's held in with a snap ring. Mine wouldn't come out, so I was fine hitting up the parts store for a $24 part. Overall, nice kit for the money.

bolted up to old mounting bracket with no problems used all parts sent, but a few of o rings charged with r134a still working and cooling very well

The kit came with everything I needed. Installation was fairly easy, and now I have nice cold AC in my truck.

Don't forget, theres a built in port on the back for your high pressure switch. Alot of reviewers didn't seem to understand theres a snap-ring plug in the back, that has to be removed for your switch.

I purchased this in 2020 and then my wife developed cancer so I was never able to install these items on my trunk. Well 2 years later I finally got a chance to replace my AC system on my 1996 GMC Sierra Truck. The problem is that the compressor does NOT have a high pressure port sensor. Because of this, you are unable to plug the high pressure switch plug into the compressor so the compressor will not run. Now I am trying to find out what to do with a two year old brand new compressor that I can't use. The info on the website for this item is that it WILL fit my 1996 GMC sierra but it does not. Did contact Amazon about the situation and the customer service was amazing! They help make the situation right! The info about the fit of the compressor is still true, but AmAzon did make it right as far as the incorrect info and assisted a solution. Was satisfied!

Worked great! This compressor seems a bit more heavy duty than my old one. The pulpy was ever so slightly larger than factory, the belt was just long enough.
