I just got this back rest and connected it with a small bungee cord to my Ryker Linq top case. I put the bungee through the two loops on the back of the case and secured the back rest to the top case. It works perfectly. What could be simpler? I bought it because the distance from the back of the top case which provides a back rest of sorts is too long for my body so I needed something to close the gap. This pad does the trick. Instead of paying the high price Linq changes for a detachable back rest, this pad functions perfectly. I highly recommend it if you want to be comfortable on long rides.

Slips over any bar but is VERY cheaply made. Foam separates from the internal wood very easily, outside material is thin. but it works.
