hehe. i used this switch as a hack replacement for my nissan 2002 altima -- of which the trunk switch is no longer made (and i can't get it anywhere). works like a charm.

The switch seems to be decent quality. Looks like it could be OEM. I like how the back lighting has a separate wire to connect power to and is not dependant on switch being operated. Only negitave is it comes with a female connector on the end and does not come with a matching female connector to plug into it. In order to be able to use it you will have to cut the connector end off and hard wire unless you happen to have the correct female connector lying around to use.
