The pins held when putting them in. Other than that good quality metal that doesnt snap quick.

They are too soft as far as metal goes. They bend too easily and the clutches aren't worth 2 cents. If you plan to use them with thick or heavy duty material I don't recommend these.

The shipping is more than the pins. They are regulation pins. I wanted to put one on each of my Army veteran ball caps. They work just right.
