I have used several sets of these 30mm and 1 inch to eliminate the need for a riser mount on peoples AR's. These are very sturdy, great quality and price. Just a note when using on a picatinny rail: always push rings tightly forward before final tightening onto the picatinny rail.

Strong. I set these up with my lapping kit and the alignment was spot on. Great for the money.

Just put these on the Akela bullpup as it needs high rings to allow you to get a cheek weld and see thru the scope. These work fine...though some might want Extra-High for a bit more leeway. It's best to have the scope as close to the bore as possible to make ranging trajectory easier to compute...and these are about 2.875" over the bore which makes very close shots need some hold-under with a 20yd zero which is then within 1/2" out to about 50 yds which then starts needing hold over compensation. This is with 18.1 grain JSB Heavies @ 900'ish which is full power in the Akela with hammer settings stock. Probably more in there if you'd want it but 33ft/lbs is pretty decent and much more powerful than the Marauder .22 this replaces. Good rings for a good price...good kit.

Just got a set, paid 11.97 free shipping from Amazon as the seller. 1 week later, 10.95 free shipping from Amazon as the seller. Weasels..lol. I want my $1.02 credit!!I mounted them to a super vepr 601 (308 caliber russian rifle) with it's molot top rail mount (over the receiver), using a Millett 4-16x50mm Illuminated Tactical Riflescope 30mm tube.Fits proper, but my cheek weld is off due to the height of it all. I have more like a chin weld now.I think I could have gone with the mid height rings and the scope still would have cleared the rifle without touching. As is, lots of room, looks like an inch clearance from bottom of lens to the rifle, after it was all mounted. The cost of these are so low, I am going to order the mid height to see how different it is, but only after field testing these rings. The mounts, "seem" to be for a rifle, not airgun. Even though the cost seems to be for air guns compared to other rings. Other reviewers using them on 308 caliber rifles, seem OK for them. The ring mounts seem rugged, and you can use a hex nut driver or socket to tighten them to a weaver rail. My rail is from russia and probably more like weaver (no real spec) rather then picatinny. There's lots of adjustment space (width) for the mounts. There's a separate piece to clamp to the rail, not a one piece design which may fatigue. The "see through" part below the rings is just that. If you have a 40 or maybe a 42mm lens, you probably could see your sights without issues. On my rig, with that 50mm lens, I can just see the front iron sight, but my rear is obscured due to the molot rail mount I need for this rifle.A good buy, but now I need to field test the rifle to ensure it's mounts are reliable. Will post back IF the ring mounts don't hold up.

[This is the same review for the Low, Medium and High UTG 30mm Weaver Mount, See-Thru Scope Rings]Okay, this is a scope ring. What do you expect - they mount on the rail, they hold a scope. Actually these receive the 5 star rating for a number of reasons - with ONE drawback. The Drawback: They say 'See-Thru' which is technically true. However you are looking through a slit in the low rise base that is maybe a 1/4" high opening - so if you can adjust your "cheek to stock weld" AND you can see below both the ocular and objective lenses AND you can still see the rifle's sights - then they are 'See-Thru'. This applies to 'Low Rise' - the Medium and High 'See-Thru' mounts have some functionality. These are one of the 'true' Weaver mounts still available [not Picatinny' rail mounts] and the only ones I've found that fit on a Savage [semi-proprietary - not quite Picatinny, Mil-Spec or Weaver] scope base. The fit and finish are excellent - nice matte - seemingly durable finish.I've used these and mid-rise and high rise on a couple of rifles for varmint scopes so I can attest they hold zero consistently. Two things I do not know: 1. If they hold zero once removed and replaced on the mounting rail/base since I don't remove optics except with 'quick-release' fittings for 'tactical' rifles. 2. I do not know how well they hold up and are durable with heavy calibers - the largest caliber I've used these on is 5.56mm.I currently have mounted 4 scopes using UTG 30mm rings and have experienced and have had no complaints for rifles from 22LR, .17 HMR to 5.56 mm and 5.7 x 28. They do the job as well as rings costing 10x as much.Pros:Cost/PriceFinishEase of Use [the flat top on the ring makes it very easy to level a scope - simple mounting screws with provided allen wrench]Seemingly durableConsistency in product quality [4 different sets low, med, high - all with the same build quality]Value for the dollarCons:Low rise are not really functionally 'See-Thru'Personally, I would and do recommend this product and would suggest [unless you know specifically where your L.O.S. and objective lenses are on the rifle] that you buy the set of three - low, medium and high so you get the best fit for scope, rifle and shooter. For comments on seller - see seller feedback.

i got these rings to replace the millet tactical rings i got because they were too short. These were a pretty good fit on my . they are see-thru high rings, so i can still use my iron sights and they are made out of pretty solid aluminum. it comes with an allen key and a spare allen screw. it fit the tube of my scope really snug and does exactly what i need it to do. The reason i gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because the nuts that tighten the rings to the receiver have a thread on the side that looks like you could lock them in place, however there is no screw included to do so.
