Great chairs. Very comfortable and quality is good. Received some mildly defective parts (mostly cosmetic) and reached out to customer service and was promptly assisted and sent replacement parts at no cost. They even collected information about the lot and SKU to ensure the defects were reported and corrected. The support team is great and so are the stools. The adjustable height is a big plus too.
