I like that it is a plastic lid made of plastic and fits a 5 gallon bucket.

Very stiff - even with a pail lid removal tool, you have to cut a lot of slits in the side to be able to get them back off again. Too rigid for frequent use or if you want to remove the lid with just your hand, like if using 5 gallon pails for compost or potting soil lor such.

Had a heck of a time getting this onto a 5 gal Lowe’s or Home Depot bucket seems molded a bit to small.

This lid does not fit properly on my 5 gallon bucket. Sure you can put it on and it looks good, but it is very loose and comes off easily. Way too easily. I have to use duct tape to make sure the lid doesn’t fall off of it During transport or just sitting in the back of my truck I’m afraid it will fly off and out of the back end . This purchase was a big disappointment and I do not recommend it. Buy a different one because this one does not work as it should.

…and Either Whole Foods or Amazon seems to have lost one of the two lids I returned. I got an email saying I still need to return one of them otherwise they will charge me for it again. And there’s no option to tell them this.
