The worse explanation in the universe, the customer service is a joke, it screwed up 3 pay periods and I lost my chance to get a refund. I am really upset with how they don't tell you what you need to do so it doesn't F#@ you up. easy set up so i thought. Then when i went to go get the first payroll information it was in like reverse military time almost impossible to figure out what people worked. when i figured how how to change that i thought it would fix the issues( mind you customer service had no clue how to fix what i was doing) then next pay period it stopped recording and i couldn't get any information.. then it locked you cant fix any mistakes on the sheet program they use. then they sent me videos with not talking just showing me but all the buttons were in Chinese of some sort!
