These flanges are the perfect flange and clamp assembly. I purchased three other competitors 4 inch assemblies and this is leaps and bounds ahead of the competitors products. The od of the assembly is smaller than the others and the flange has the recess for the 4 inch od tube making the welding ideal with minimum effort and the step on the flange face gives you just another sealing surface and easier alignment when assembling your parts. the quick release on the t bolt makes assembling the parts so much easier this is now all i will use!
