Figurines are beautiful but highly fragile. The item was packaged in Styrofoam, but the horse’s legs are so fragile that when I opened the package, two of the legs were broken. I recommend the individual legs be somehow wrapped to avoid impact. I was able to glue the two legs together, but I’m not sure how long it will last. It looks lovely otherwise.

One side of the sleigh wasn’t glued on the base and other side was so it was a little wobbly. I really liked sleigh but disappointed Lenox didn’t have it completely glued down. I kept it cause I wanted it by Xmas and to replace it I may not get it till after Xmas.

I am very impressed with the detail and construction of this sleigh and horse figurine. I decided to include it on a table centerpiece, so made a wooden base for it, along with a small lighted house, a couple of trees and a couple of other figurines and sprinkled the whole area with artificial snow, which I also bought from Amazon. I've attached a picture of the finished product.

I really like this hose and sleigh, but it arrived broken, as the driver was not glued to the seat and arrived upside down on top of the sleigh... he didn't appear to be damaged otherwise and I was able to put him back in place and I think I can glue him back where he needs to be... this should have been taken care of before it was shipped, though.
