It says it ships in product packaging, however, mine came in a brown box. Very disappointed since Lemax are collector items & without the box, it loses its value not to mention, hard to see what is in the box when it comes time to decorate.Also, says it was a new item, but this one is clearly used.Only upside is that it came in one piece.

I bought this as a gift for my sister in law. The first arrived with little pieces broken off, so I did an exchange and she said the second was broken too, but easy to super glue together. She loves it and doesn’t want me to return it, but it arriving broken twice is very disappointing!

Works great out of the box! It's the centerpiece of our Plymouth Corners collection from Lemax. Just wish the windows lit up a little brighter.

This is a great addition to my wife's collection. Every year I buy her this kind of decoration but I never bought one from Amazone. I would worry it would come to my house broken. It did not. It was packaged in a sturdy box and braced so it did not move around. It was packaged to make the trip from the dealer to my house.

The cord is dirty the lighthouse inside is not lighting up and the description said no batteries yet this came with a battery pack to light this up. I do not believe this is a brand new item
