Before installing your new rectifier, check the AC output of the rectifier. Replace any burned or corroded connectors on rectifier. Check and repair any melted wiring. Use high temperature dielectric grease on all connectors.

Battery wasn’t charging on my 2000 Arctic Cat 300. Found I had volts coming from my stator so figured this was the fix and it was. Very cheap and simple fix for the old fourwheeler.

Failed after 2 months, it was charging a perfect 14 volts when I installed it’s now charging 17.5 volts and it took out the CDI by overcharging.
