I installed the rectifier on a vt1100c2 ace and it never worked out of the box. Everything was tested from the battery to the wiring to the stator and everything else is fine but still no output from the new rectifier. Do not buy this for a vt1100c2

Does not work. Ran my bike and it did not charge anything. Ran on battery for 86 miles then everything died. Left me stranded 86 mile from my house. Had to get it towed. Now i gotta spend more money to get a new one. On top of tow.
