I got this voltage regulator rectifier for a 91 Honda TRX 250X. TRX 250X is listed as one of the models it fits. This one fits the newer models. It will not fit my bike. So make sure it fits your model. The old ones have wires coming out of them. tThis one has a female plug on the rectifier itself.

This part has been on for a couple weeks now, and so far so good. I had some voltage issues and problems keeping my battery charged, but after swapping the regulator it all seems to be working like it should. This part also fits the 400ex. Mines an 05.

Fit fine and connections are good. Doesn't charge any better than the oem part which are pretty horrible at charging.
