We used these for the trucking company. Our drivers are independent contractors so we need spaces to record what they made but also fuel and reimbursement so these work really well for those purposes. It comes with enough for 25 individuals and envelopes. It doesn't include carbon paper but we have plenty left over from last year so that's not an issue.

These forms are printed on good quality paper. They line up fine with the TaxRight software that came with my 1099 forms.Personally, I wish someone would offer an economical package of W-2 and 1099 forms that includes only Copy A, which is filed with the government, since all the other copies can be printed on plain paper. But that's beside the point that this package does the job well.

It's that time of year where it's after the holidays and all of the tax documents are due. I personally am a small business owner and don't have any W-2 employees. However I use contract employees and have to 1099 them. Over a year I might have six of these people to issue these forms to so it's helpful to have a very simple kit. Every year this time comes and it's nearly impossible to get the forms from the IRS. So I rely on getting the forms online or in a retail store. This set isn't like the old ones that had the perforated edges to run through a printing machine and instead utilizes QuickBooks or other software to print them. The IRS I believe still accepts a handwritten form as well. It also includes the copies you'll need as well as the 1096 summary form.

These are just like last years 1099 NEC.This set came with everything needed.I write out my tax forms, I do not print on them, but them seem to be printer friendly.All forms were intact.

There's not much to say about preprinted forms except I received what was advertised though packaging could have been better as some of the forms corners were bent which makes it hard to print on.

I own commercial rental properties and although I do not have employees, I do hire folks out of state to handle things like showings, repairs & maintenance, remodels, etc. As a small business, I do not need these forms often and typically only have to issue 5 or 6 annually. This small pack of forms allows me plenty to send out to my subcontracted workers and the summary form that needs to be filed with the IRS, as well. It's an economical and complete package for your small business.
