Would have been a much higher rating if it didn't come with missing and unneeded parts.The picture clearly shows bolts with shoulders on them so the springs can't pull thru and it also shows nuts for those bolts.The kit I received contained bolts with regular heads and in place of the nuts there were two plastic washers. Given how hot the catalytic converter gets I doubt the washers would have lasted until the engine reached operating temperature.The kit with the addition of my own steel washers and nuts did do the job and I was able to install the replacement exhaust system.I am not use to this type of a packaging mistake and would have returned the item, but I needed to get the car back on the road.I've been an Amazon customer for several years, and thankfully this is a rare occurance.

Worked great my 98 Honda Civic beater. Came with springs, bolts and the flange pieces. Don't forget to buy a gasket! Had to flip the flange around because it was hitting the heat shield. Otherwise, used vice grips to hold it and start the bolts. Way cheaper than the exhaust shops.

Check bolt pattern. If replacing both sides of flange either order 2 of these or another model - not compatible with nickson 169 or walker 36132 due to wider bolt pattern diameter.
