Like all Walker stuff, its well constructed with good heavy steel. The only complaint is that the fit could best be described by a word that rhymes with fit, but can't be used in this forum. The flanges from the front and rear of the engine didn't line up with each other, and required a crowbar to "influence" it into place. Also, the two hole bracket that bolts it to the engine was so bad that I was only able to get one of the two bolts in. Even the bracket by the flex pipe that goes to the body was a bad fit. Nothing lined up quite right, and required a bit of force to get it together. Once it was together, it was nice and quiet with no leaks, so that was the upside. I got it for about $250, and for the complexity of the piece, the price was definitely right. Overall, this just didn't meet what I have come to expect from Walker quality when it comes to fit.

I had to do my girlfriends front pipe as well as the pre-cats on her maxima. I orderd this and the cats, cats came in ok, but instead of the front pipe, I got a muffler, and not even for the same car! Some moron sent me 54251 and I should have been sent 54521. So amazon tells me it will be 3 to 5 weeks to get another one. No thanks, and have you screw up again and I have two mufflers? I'm just waiting on UPS now to pick up the muffler. Such a waste. At least Autozone was having a sale and I got the same pipe for almost the same price.

It is the exact fit, did the job perfectly. It is not stainless, it will get ruin after couple of snow and salt or casual rain. I used heat and rust resistant paint, baked it 3 times. It has been over 6 months, no rust, no peeling nothing. Just as perfect.
