My use for this item is a bit different than most may be looking for - I'm replacing the faucet for our utility sink. I built a base to hold the sink, and simply created a false wall to mount this to, so installation was a lot easier for my scenario than most.Be prepared to have to run to the hardware store for parts. I don't know what your install scenario is, and neither can any manufacturer. I HAVE installed faucets in the past that came with absolutely everything that you could possibly need, but I feel like they definitely charged for those extra pieces to be included, and I ended up with a fistful of items that wouldn't ever be used, so I'm a fan of not throwing everything AND the kitchen sink into the box.This definitely feels like a quality faucet the instant you pick the box up. It's got a definite heft to it that typically indicates at least a decent build quality compared to the bottom-dollar big box store items. I know that I haven't had this long enough to be able to judge the longevity, but thus far, this feels at LEAST as good and substantial as the professionally installed faucet similar to this one, over the 3-sink setup I've got at work. The connectors on this faucet seem to be a lot better than my work faucet, so I expect this to last for quite some time with no issues.

I really wanted to love this faucet - however, it will not be getting installed on my wall without some modifications. First off - the good - it is sleek, attractive, has 1/4 turn valves, and they are smoothly functioning. Now, my gripes. The hose that connects the spray head to the valve body is junk. It isn't metal, it is a fiber wrapped hose, and it arrived kinked from how it was packaged. They kink did not spring back, and will need to be replaced. With a little modification, this faucet will still work great. I am going to fabricate a replacement hose (metal sheathed). Another complaint I have is the spring - it is too short, and several inches of the hose are hanging out of it. Not a big issue, more of an annoyance. They spraying head is also low quality. The spray button is not sealed, and the end is plastic, not metal. Does not feel like a high quality. Just the truth - I think it is a little high on the price for the value.

I got this for a laundry sink/utility sink and it works great for my use case. I've been cleaning a lot of kids clothes of food and other, nastier stuff and it's much better than trying to rinse stuff off in a bathtub. The dual flow option is nice to get stronger spray to knock stuff off or a steady stream to fill up buckets. The cross handles are a neat little old school option and are just fine for my application. Overall, this is a nice looking faucet that does a great job and for the price I think this is a very good value

Nice looking Matte black faucet. This version is dual handles for on and off and meant for a wall mount instead of a sink mount. Installation is an easy process. The faucet works well and looks great in our kitchen. Happy with it.

All the installation tools were ready. I installed it on the garden wall. It took 10 minutes to install and debug. It was just right for washing hands and vegetables. It looks very good.
