I got these to support my ankles when playing pickleball. I have other compression socks that work well for this and thought I would try these out. Unfortunately, these do not seem to provide much/any support for movement between my ankle the the rest of my foot unlike the other compression socks I use. So while they provide compression for my foot, it doesn't seem to help support my ankles.I also agree with the other reviews that say they are sized small. I measured around my ankle as suggested and bought the size recommended by the Amazon page and they are very tight on my foot.

The wife hurt her ankle on a step, and was using some bandages to keep her ankle in place. Although it took some wrestling to get these on her foot, once on, they were nice and snug. I was even able to put one on my foot, but it took some muscle.Once on, because it was so snug, you can really feel the compression effect. It's like you can feel the blood pulsing through it. I'm not really sure if it was too tight, but it felt nice. It was much more pronounced than a different pair of ankle sleeves I have that I now think may be too loose.Anyhow, material-wise, this isn't the highest quality, and I don't expect it to last longer than maybe one or two ankle recoveries (hey, you should probably be more careful if you're hurting your ankles so much!). At its price point though, considering you get a pair of sleeves, it's decent.

I tore my left Achilles many years ago, and that ankle has been extremely susceptible to reinjury ever since. I also developed heel pain in both feet over the years, so this closed ankle sleeve seemed like the perfect solution.But does it work? So far, yes! I wear 10.5-11 shoes, so I ordered size XL, and the sleeve fits very well, even over my slightly swollen ankle.I like the padded/huggy feeling on my heel, and the compression on my foot/ankle is similar to my other braces/sleeves.I also like the plain black look, versus some very busy designs I've ended up with on other sleeves.Finally, I love that this comes in a 2-pack, a great value at the current price, and am hoping that being able to alternate between the 2 braces will contribute to longevity.Very happy with this sleeve!

These are NOT for the weak! I love these because I went on a trip and came back and my whole have been swelling ever since. Between the heat down here and cutting out foods that could possibly give me water retention to my ankles, nothing was working.Until I got these...They are extremely tight but they work so well. Once they are on, you can best believe they are not rolling down. Now one thing I will say about these compression "anklettes" is that I believe they would be best suited for those whose ankles are of small/ medium in size (before swelling).I think that if you have thicker ankles/calves, then this product may not work for you because it'll become overly tight around the ankles. (Mind you that my caption already says "TIGHT TIGHT TIGHT," so that should tell you something about the product and its effectiveness.)I put them on for a couple of hours and then decided to check and see how progress was coming along, and wow! What a difference a couple of hours makes! I also elevated my ankles too, so that made a world of difference.I would advise anyone before getting compression ANYTHING to consult with a doctor first (which is what I did before getting this) to make sure this is something that's going to be right for you. Your doctor nay tell you to do something different and your ailment may have an underlying cause.I would also tell you that this is not to be worn for long periods of time; yet, if you're on a plane or sitting for maybe (3) hours or less, then these may work for you.My ankles are already starting to show signs of being back the way they were before, and I'm very thankful and grateful for this product.

Ridiculous! A child could not get this ‘Medium’ in place. I could barely get it around my toes and NO CHANCE of getting it around my heel and up in place! Returning this is going to take more of my time than this worthless item is worth!

I experienced a comfortable and snug fit upon wearing the sleeves, clearly perceiving the compression effect. Although the material does not boast the highest quality, it possesses durability surpassing previous inferior products. Despite its price point, including a pair of sleeves renders the set highly affordable.

These have been pretty helpful with my sore feet. They are comfortable and fairly easy to put on and take off.
