This double wide Washer/Dryer Top Protector can protect side-by-side appliances that have no gap if the measurements are correct or close to correct.My washer and dryer are not actually close enough side-by-side for this to work. So for now, I have draped the protector mat over the washer alone. The sides hang down on each side, but that is not a problem. It still protects the top surface from scratches, as well as the sides from bumps if something hits against it.A real plus with the silicone surface is that if and when the washing machine vibrates a lot from an uneven load, the clock on top of my washer stays put. It actually fell behind the washer once before I put this on the top, and it was dificult to retrieve. I really like that my clock doesn't bounce around on top of the washer anymore. See the attached photo collage for reference.I was hoping for an extra inch in depth of the topper, but couldn't find one the exact size from front to back. And this one is actually a lot more pliable/flexible than another brand I have on the dryer. Because of that, the lip around the edges doesn't stand up as well; it kind of flops forward. Still, because it is draped with two ends hanging down the sides, the flexibility is actually welcome. But when flat on the table when I first opened it up, I was a little disappointed.Overall, I am rating this extra long washer/dryer to protector 4 stars.

Exactly what was expected, and fit perfectly. Is flexible, yet study, to protect the top of our new washer/dryer. Reasonably priced. Recommend if you are looking for something that looks good and provides the coverage exactly where you need to make use of the top space without causing damage, scratches, etc.

I am really pleased with this mat. It is heavy enough to stay in place, yet light enough for me to roll in up and rinse off outside if needed. As seen in my pic, my w/d aren't butted against each other bc i store my fold-up step stool between them. This is not a problem at all bc product is sturdy enough not to sag. I may decide to store step ladder elsewhere and slide them together but I'm not concerned about it honestly. Definitely recommend this mat to protect finish on w/d and so anything placed on top will stay put.

This silicone mat feels extremely substantial- I’m very pleased. The dimensions are exactly as listed. For once in my life- I’m left with nothing to complain about. ;D Seriously though this is a rare 5-star find imo. Highly recommend.

This is a thin, but nice soft silicone rubber mat, with edges that would hold detergent spills or other things from rolling off the machines. The non-slip material seems to be durable enough for the job at hand, which is just to protect the top of your machines. The mat feels soft to the touch and provides a slightly cushioned surface. If something spills in it, clean up would be very easy, because it is very pliable. It comes in a much smaller package than you expect, all folded over, but when unfolded, there are no bends or folds visible.As a side note, if you are crafty and need a simple edged mat to work on, this would be a good option. Don't use it for a cutting surface, but for painting smallish items or keeping project or scrapbook papers from sliding off your table, this would work well.

This is a great protector, but wish it was a little longer. Since it is perfect, my washer and dryer have to be snugly together. My washer has a drainage hose, so I had a couple of inches space between them. If I use this perfectly, then when I have to clean, I have to remove everything off the topper and separate the W/D - but if I keep them slightly spaced, the edges do not go to the end, and I am not a fan of the look. I am pleased that it is sturdy and protects the tops of the W/D while letting me store extras on top without worrying about scratching and definitely easy clean-up. I would order again if something happened to it.
