We installed this to replace our one drop filters. To make it fit we bought some quick connect adapters to go from 1/4inch to 5/16. The water production gives us similar flow rates, no leaks and similar taste. Itโs simply a larger carbon block. Only downside is the external mount compared to the original internal mount. Unavoidable at this size difference so weโre happy with the performance.

The water drop in line filter was easy to install and the fit is perfict. I like that all the parts needed for my LG refridgerator were provided. When I purchased the new fridg, I didn't realize that it didn't have an inside water filter. What a bummer. After following the simple instruction I had no leakage from the filter or new fittings supplied. I think I will be able to get a years service out of the filter base on the Durability of the filter and that I am only using it to make ICE. in the Condo. They gave an excellent Idea to flush the filter with water while only the conector from the wall is connect to the filter into a bucket before you finish the contection to your fridge. Great Idea.

Easy to install only took 15 minutes. Definitely improved the taste and smell of the water as well as the ice cubes. All the parts you need are included is worth the money.

Lowest priced filter compared to similar inline filters. We used this for replacing a similar filter from four years back. We primarily use this for coffee maker and kid's drinking needs.Tip: While pressing the fitting in with force, do not pull and push. Keep pushing only. The tiny black washer inside broke when we tried but customer service was fantastic and sent an immediate replacement.

Great filter. I got this to save money, it's half the cost of the filter that goes in the fridge and it lasts twice as long. Easy to install on the water line that goes to the ice maker.

Our water had a foul taste and I purchased this as a "Hail Mary". It works great! It was simple to hook up to the refrigerator (I used a stainless steel braid refrigerator hook up hose) and it is leak free. I flushed about 4-5 gallons through it before hooking it up to the refrigerator and voila... great tasting water.
