FANTASTIC results. We are on 53 acre farm and our only "hardwired" solution available is DSL. We decided to try T-Mobile 5G, but even on the second floor and in a window, we weren't getting reliable speeds.Enter this antenna array. It works absolutely perfect. Just make sure you reach out to your provider as they can provide you with the exact compass heading for their tower that is closest to you. Once you have that, it makes a MASSIVE difference. Admidedly, we tried to just "wing it" when it came to aiming them, but once we had the exact compass heading, the speed results exploded. We were able to even test in incliment weather, and they did not faulter one bit. Superior build quality. If you have the compass heading, you can install this in about an hour or two. Fun project to be sure.

I had seen countless reviews praising Waveform’s customer service, and now I understand why. After a harsh winter storm left my cables damaged by ice, I reached out to their support team—just hoping for some guidance before purchasing a new set. To my surprise, all it took was a few quick photos, and they had a replacement shipped out within a day. Fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The product is great, but the customer service is even better. 10/10—highly recommend.

This kit is really a challenge to assemble. The poles aren't long enough to get good clearance from the MIMO antennas touching one another - a few more inches would've helped. The directions included in the box state that the two antenna should be 3-4 feet apart, but you can't even get 3 feet due to the cabling bundle as there isn't enough slack to do that. So about 2.5' is about the best you can do. Online directions state that they should be as close together as possible, and the booklet say 3-4' apart; further confusing than it should be. I found they worked better further apart. There is also no guidance on which antenna is considered 1-4. I'm guessing the order matters, but nothing is documented.I saw a slight increase in downloads, but in general very disappointed in the product and the lack of instructions.

4/14/2024 UpdateMy cell provider (T-Mobile) fixed their reliability issue but signal strength is still very low in my remote location resulting in substandard internet speeds (5 to 7 Mbps down; 2.5 to 4.5 Mbps up) and frequent dropped calls. So, I re-ordered this antenna and installed it this time. Download speed is now 150 to 175 Mbps and upload is 7.75 to 11. Very pleased. For those of you who are T-Mobile users, I paired this antenna with T-Mobile's new TMO-G4SE 5G Gateway which has built-in connections for a 4x4 MIMO antenna. One quirky thing to know about the G4SE: the Waveform tech advised me that if you are located outside the 5G signal range, you need to take the gateway to a location where you can get a 5G signal before you can tell it to switch from internal to external antenna. This only applies to the first use and it is not necessary to have the antenna connected when you do this. After that, the gateway remembers. Important: when you return to your location outside the 5G range, hook up the external Waveform antenna first before powering up the G4SE again.October 2023I ended up returning this because, just after ordering and before I received it, my cell phone provider developed some serious reliability issues (something that can't be fixed with a signal booster). I am still giving the product five stars for three reasons: 1) delivered quickly and on time 2) quality of the product, and 3) exceptional pre- and post-sales support. Waveform assigned a tech support person who really knew what they were doing and took the time to help me analyze the signal and determine which of their product options, if any, would work best for my location. And, they stayed with me post sale. I will definitely be coming back to Waveform in the future if and when the situation with my carrier changes.

So I was using the Tmobile 5G home internet by itself and was getting 50-80 Mbps download and ~10 upload. The house is on the water with the nearest cell tower 10 miles away but can be seen across the water. This antenna was perfect for my situation since I had a clear line if sight to the tower with no trees, mountains or buildings in the way. If you have those issues get the other antenna from waveform. Once installed it increased downloads to be between 120-200Mbps and upload 40-50 Mbps and these readings were indoors in the attic as well so could be further improved outside. Two important things to use are to be sure to know where your tower is which tmobile in app helps you or use cellmapper. The other thing to do is make sure to try different combinations of cables as the recommended configuration was a bit slower for me than an alternative i tried.Their customer support is super great you can text them or call if you have any questions and they are very responsive.

The rsrp and rsrq were both brought into the good and excellent range instead of mid cell. The sinr or signal to noise ratio is still pretty bad though. Can't get it out of mid cell. It's actually near cell edge a lot of the time. My ping when gaming still jumps around a lot, it's almost unplayable, but after running trace routes I think thats a thing on tmobiles end so I didn't deduct the rating to reflect anything on that. In the pic, that's just a 4' by 2' piece of ply wood, I climbed and trimmed the tree to improve line of sight but I think this actually increased the sinr at the same time. It was almost better at ground level. Pretty straight forward to put together though.
