I got the full size, which seems to fit my girl well (she's ~1000 lbs, 15.2 hands). I hadn't messed with the straps yet when I took these photos, but the neck and belly straps are very adjustable and the neck part definitely won't slip but also provides ample range of motion. Note that the strap that affixes across the chest is not adjustable at all.

Went to horse show during a tropical depression - lots of rain and this rain sheet met every expectation.

Not completely waterproof. Works good if you are only using it as a cover for short periods of time. Rain soaked through within 30 minutes of standing in a light rain. Bought some heavy duty ScotchGuard, gave is a good spray and it is working much better. Did find that it seems to trap heat so use carefully after riding in hot weather.
