Our battery indicator contains a clear blue LCD display with bright light, allowing you easily see the battery level icon and battery capacity percentage on the display screen from different angles.
Ways to apply:
1. Power off what ever you are monitoring.
2. Hold the button down
3. While holding down the button and turn on power. The screen will display a 2 codes and let you know what it is currently set monitor.
4. Press button to scroll to the correct setting for your battery:
These are the different settings:
-acid batteries: 1P = 12V, 2P = 24V, 3P = 36V, 4P = 48V
Lithium-ion batteries: 3c = 3 cells, 4c = 4 cells, etc.
Iron-lithium batteries: 1F=1 cell, 2F= 2 cells, 3F= 3 cells, etc.
5. When correct code is displayed and turn off the power.
6. Turn on the power. The meter will now display the correct battery level.

setup was not as easy as I was hoping but wasn't bad. The screen is easy to read and the color fairly bright. It does take a few seconds to accurately read the battery voltage. Not sure if this is the meter or if its the VCC pass through on my speed controller. Either way it serves its purpose and its nice to have a battery meter on the board vs just guessing.

Screen is bright and easy to read, reasonably accurate, works great for my diy ebike build, works for lead acid or lithium batteries. Good quality also, while I was working on it I dropped a huge blob of solder on the screen and it barely melted

The screen display is big and easy to read. As far as I can tell, it reads the battery level accurately, but the wires are so tiny, it's hard to hook them up to 12V battery poles. The screws that came with it to mount the reader to a permanent fixture are super tiny as well. This gadget is really slow in reading the battery level. It also wants to flop over and not stay upright.

I installed one of these on my 48 volt golf cart after a slightly more expensive yet much more popular meter fail in less than a week. I'm very happy with this meter so far. Its easy to read and yes it looks cool. I did have it set on 48 volts when I first installed it but have since switched it to the 36 volt setting. Simply because it would drop down below 50 percent at around 45 volts. If you press the settings button on the back while the meter is on you can see actual voltage instead of battery percentage. That's a cool feature but the way I have this installed I can't easily get to that button so I kind of wish it was on the front instead of the back of the meter. All in all I'm very happy with this meter or as I use it gauge.
