I should have read more carefully. The picture shows all 3 parts. Just the hand knob style nut is all you get.

It is a nice addition to my CO2 setup - no tool required! Be sure to use the face seal washer with this. I recommend this nice product for those who may have to take the regulator off the tank frequently
