This was an easy installation. The brackets are stamped with the appropriate side and location on the side of each one. The tubes are wrapped and the red wrapped tube is the passenger side. Just leave the plastic wrap on until you get ready to install on the mounted brackets. I did read in another review of similar Westins that a time saver is to put the covers on the brackets before you install the brackets on the vehicle. It saves having to kneel down and feel for the bolt, two washers and nut, twice, for each cover. Another thing. On the Toyota Tacoma 2024 TRD Sport there are actually four sets of bolts under each side of the vehicle. You only use three. I used a tape measured the distance of the holes on the tube to make sure I took out the bolts in the three locations needed. It took me about 2 hours total.
