Box arrived seemingly undamaged, but after unboxing the drivers side step bar was scuffed up. The under side had 2 or 3 spots that looked like it was missing enamel and touched up with a paint pen to try and hide it. As noted in other reviews the mounting brackets are not labeled correctly and require you to switch some from the drivers to the passenger side to make them fit correctly.

They look good, just beware my bars were mislabeled. It caused it take a bit longer to install as middle hole was not lining up, but once we figured out that the sides were mislabeled it went on fast.

I am not a handyman by any stretch of the imagination. However I was able to install these bars relatively easily. My suggestion is that you install the Westin pieces to the brackets before installing the brackets, this makes it a bit easier. Also understand that the brackets may not be properly labeled. Once you figure out the proper side of the brackets the installation is simple, no assistance needed.This product is a great value and look nice.

The center bracket did not line up with the bar. I reached out to the company, after verifying correct part nunber received, I took pictures (from under the truck), sent them to customer service. I did not receive a reply, so after 5 days, I reached out again, the agent I spoke with was off, spoke with superviosr, she assured me she would call me back by end of day, that was now 2 weeks ago, still no reply. The bars are still installed, they seem very sturdy. I love the way they look on the truck, would just like to hear about a possible redeign on the bracket, or something.

So, while this looks really great on my truck it took too long to install the first side, the driver side because the directions are not intuitive. You have to read between the lines in the instructions and make some judgement calls, also the parts were not in the correct "wrappers" so that added to my frustration. But now that they are installed, they look great.

These things look great on my truck. If you’re installing them yourself, just use common sense. I bet that there are people who work at their factory who purposely put the wrong parts in the wrong bags just to throw the do it yourselfers for a spin. You’ll figure it out though. It’s pretty self explanatory.

Very easy to install, all parts were labeled. Side rails were identified wrong, only took a few seconds to realize that. Took about 1 hour to install. Rails arrived within days of order. Great price, would highly recommend.
