Bought mine April 2022, fit no problem and looks great. Bar is rusting now, expect then to last 4 years before you have to replace.

Love the look of my 4 Runner with this grill guard. I live in the country so deer are a common occurrence. Less worry now and my SUV looks great.

It effects TSS system(front radar) of any 4RUNNER 2020 and up...means that it doesn't completely fit as indicated by seller. I've refused delivery and expecting refund. What a frustrating experience...

I don’t recommend for newer models - it blocks your sensors. I unfortunately installed it and now can’t return. But very disappointed as description does not emphasize this issue.

Pipe was slightly dented on the top, not much clearance for a ratchet when installing adapter plates. Recommend using mini ratcheting wrenches. Also, applying a little weight to the bull bar fromThe top, the adapter plates flex slightly due to thickness of plate. Recommend thicker plate.

This bar was pretty easy to install - I have tools. A swivel head ratchet and a right angle 3/8” air ratchet helped A LOT to break the bumper nuts free. It’s a tight area to work in once the mounting brackets are in place. No drilling or bending of anything required; nice design. I loosely installed the brackets to the vehicle first which are marked Driver & Passenger. I then attached the bar to the brackets; lay a blanket over the hood between the bar and the grill. I did buy a very inexpensive, but really versatile license plate holder (pictured) which worked great! >>>>>>>> Cruiser Accessories 79150 Universal License Plate Mounting Plate, Black. Great looking bull bar, fits nicely and looks great on my 4Runner. It was a little tough to install, only because there wasn’t much space to get a socket wrench in there, so you’re basically working the 6 screws a 1/8 turn at a time. It took maybe 1.5 hours by myself, would probably be way faster with two people.Definitely suggest either car ramps or a lift for easier access.

Nice bar, fit well, easy to install. Was a bit tedious running the bolts in and out, as there wasn't a lot of space to move a ratchet more than about 1 click, but that is not the fault of this bar, it's the Toyota design that makes it tight like that. I also suspect if you didn't have a long-ish ratchet handle (mine is about 18 inches) or maybe a breaker bar, getting the bolts to start coming loose would be tough. I had to crank pretty hard on them to get them started coming out, but again, not a big deal. Just a little patience and the right tools, and it all got done just fine. This is really far more for looks than anything (I don't expect it to do anything the bumper wouldn't have done in a wreck for instance), but for the price, definitely 5 stars!

Just installed yesterday. Love the look but a few things to consider..I had to get it installed by a mechanic, who had issues with the brackets fitting my vehicle properly.Installation by a professional mechanic took about an hour due to issuesIf you have a front license plate, the bottom 2inches will be covered by this bar. In my state, you need both plates on the front and back visible. Westin sells a plate holder for an additional cost.The bar weighs about 18lbs. I have the stock toyota rims on my vehicle. It doesnt change how it drives, but the front end does feel heavier.I did up the front end to 35psi to accomidate the additional weight.Overall the look is great. Bar is solid and will definately help in a front end collision, which is what i wanted.
