Don't hack the truck plastic. This went onto a 2017 Tacoma flawlessly. There were existing air slots on Tacoma the support brackets went thru. You'll need 2 people to install this. 1 bolting the hardware and 1 holding and adjusting the sides to be equal. Looks very nice. I never thought it'd bolt onto existing hardware but it did

Just installed this on my 2020 tacoma. Took me longer time cutting holes to put back my bottom guard. Other than that every thing went very smooth. This will cover your license plate so you need to order licen plate bracket(westin 32-0055) ..i ordered it from amazon. Looks great. And forgot. This does not interfere with my sensor.

Looks really great on my truck, I just had to lift my license plate a bit so that it would be visible. They offer a plate kit but I just lifted the plate a little and the bull bar is protecting it.
