I ordered and received first set and instantly had issues with the screw being stripped out when it comes to the flag mount bracket to the cage mount bracket. Received a new pair and then this year when I was driving I noticed the bracket was wiggling went to go tighten it and it stripped out again absolutely ridiculous and can't find information on the company to see about a warranty claim.

One of the two brackets did not work. Not certain why but, I think some of the machining may have been off just a bit.I did reorder and the new one I tried worked great.

If you value your whip lights do not order these mounting brackets. I purchased a set of these and installed my brand new Dragon Fire whip lights on them. The first time I drove my UTV about 3 miles down a relatively smooth dirt road after installation I noticed in my left side view mirror that the left light had dropped down to a horizontal position from a vertical position. When I got out of the UTV I also noted that the whip on the right side was gone! It should be noted I was driving during the day. I removed the left light and placed it back into the UTV. I drove back from whence I came and found the whip that had fallen off in the middle of the road with the flag torn off and the half of the mount that the right whip was attached to, still attached to the whip. Upon further inspection I could see the bolts holding half of the mount had backed out of other half of the mount still attached to the roll cage. Yes I had tightened them properly. Once the whip was dangling from the wire it was obvious the right rear tire had run over the whip which pulled the wires out of the whip as well. When I got back home I took apart and inspected the left mounting bracket and found the nylon/plastic rotational wheel had failed allowing the whip to rotate and drop. There are only 3 small nylon/plastic pins and minimal glue holding the wheel on to the bracket and the nylon/plastic pins had sheared off. Clearly 3 small nylon/plastic pins are insufficient to support the weight of a lighted whip. In fairness I also used the same type of mounts to mount some pod lights to the UTV and so far those mounts are holding up fine. The obvious conclusion is the mounts work fine with lighter, smaller objects but if you don't want to wind up buying another set of whips DO NOT buy these for whip lights.
