My Kitchenaid 48" refrigerator was cycling rapidly. I could hear relays clicking. It would go on for a few seconds, then cut out. When the door was open, I saw the LED display cut out when the relay clicked off. The refrigerator ran all the time. The temperature was OK.Notes from my installation:1. You must remove the built-in refrigerator from the cabinet to do the replacement.2. It feels like you just lay the new control board in place. It does not fasten to the top of the refrigerator like the old one (the instructions are explicit about this). This means that you will have screws left over at the end of the job. I had three.3. It takes a few minutes for the refrigerator to start cooling once you turn on power. I thought my repair had failed. I was just impatient. The refrigerator is working much better, although in the process of diagnosing the failure I found that it wasn't reading temperature accurately. I ordered a new thermistor for the refrigerator section.
