Need ALL necessary equipment before starting assembly. Many questions about the product due to the vague description, some questions answered on arrival of product. Most difficult part of assembly is attaching box supports to the post, scratches the paint due to lack of thoughtful design. Heavy mailbox door is dangerous during assembly as it is free swinging could result in hand injury. Recommend taping it shut during process. After delivery, seller won't respond to questions or comments and apparently don't care since they have your money.
It worked great after I had the sleeved shortened.

Great looking mailbox, bright white with bold gold lettering. My mailperson loves it because it is much larger than the normal boxes and she can put a lot of packages in it and not having to get out of truck to put on my front porch.

This mailbox feels sturdy and well built. The hardest part of installation was removing the old mailbox's huge concrete base. It looks really nice and is different than all the other neighbor's cookie cutter styles from local box stores. The purchase process was seamless, with the company reaching out prior to shipping to confirm they had the house number on for the mailbox correct, and then it came a few days later.The size of the mailbox is great for mail and smaller Amazon packages. Very happy with this purchase!

This was one of the most well made items we have ever purchased. It is sturdy, very well made, and looks fabulous. Everything was perfectly aligned, which made it very easy to install. We were replacing an existing mailbox that was damaged over the winter by a snow plow. Luckily we were able to use the pre-existing post, so installation was very quick. It's pricey for a mailbox, but the quality is top notch.

Easy to install and looks great. After trimming off a few inches from the top of the current post and removing the horizontal wood that supports the current mailbox, I slid the new post over top of the old one. I’ve had several compliments from neighbors.

This mailbox looks great, is very sturdy and well made and extremely easy to install. Well worth the money. Would buy this again if I needed to. All parts were included with nothing missing.
