I bought 3 plaques. The photo frame is just a plastic sleeve that barely hangs on. It is offset on all 3 and looks nothing like the picture. The engraving plate is long and thin, making the writing comically small with large gold gaps on either side. I am embarrassed to give these to my coaches and would ask for a refund, but these are not eligible. I only give one star because the quality of the plate itself is sturdy.
