Ok, here’s what I will say. It’s a beautiful kit. But it is tedious. There are real problems seeing/differentiating the colors especially in the irises of the flowers. You’ll need broad daylight for those parts or a really good lighted magnifier.However. I love that it’s mostly cotton rather than wool and the colors are very vivid. So, if you’ve got lots of patience, and good eyes, you’ll love this one.

The kit came with all of the threads separated, which is a nice feature. The colors are strong and true. I am hopeful that there is enough yarn/thread to finish the kit (I never know until I finish the piece--and that might be several months--but it looks like there is enough). This should be a very nice finished piece.

I love the design and colors but the kit omitted providing at least 3 colors. Incomplete supplies required my shopping further. A pity as the canvas is exactly what I want to work up.

This is a beautiful needlepoint and goes pretty quickly. It lost a star because the map is very vague, no stitches to count, and also some of the colors stamped on are so similar I could only work on parts of the thing in the morning when the sunlight was bright. Anyone with even the slightest color differentiation difficiency will have a hard time doing this one. It would have been so much more helpful had I been able to count stitches. Other than that, as you can see, it turned out gorgeous.

I really enjoyed this needlepoint project. I was overwhelmed when it arrived, because I had found it under "needlepoint for beginners." This project is complex and large, but I suppose it wasn't difficult.I took my time, followed the instructions, and it turned out beautifully. The canvas was was pliable, the thread well-organized and bountiful. When I ran out of a color (most likely due to personal mistake, NOT poor project construction), Dimensions sent me out replacement thread quickly.I included a photo of my project after I had it "framed and mounted like a prized fish" for all my efforts.

Be warned, this is a very "birght" piece, but it is also very pretty and a decent size for a focal point on a small wall or something. The quality of the canvas, the print, and the thread included is excellent - this has kept my wife busy in the evenings for weeks. It was a great Christmas present for the money.

I have been looking for the perfect design to make into a pillow for a gift, but everything I've ordered until now was cheap and not what I was looking for. I received my Dimensions kit quickly and it was EXACTLY what I had hoped for: great quality of supplies, and everything that I was looking for design-wise.My initial concern was that the kit was not all yarn, but included a lot of floss, and that concerned me for longevity after I sewed this into a pillow. I had no reason for concern, though. Now that I'm almost done with the design I can see that this goegeous pillow will last for years to come. :)
