Use: To create your favorite pasta shape simply attach one of the shaping discs to your Phillip's pasta maker machines. Your pasta maker does all the hard work for you. Make a selection of fresh, homemade noodles in a variety of shapes and sizes to suit your individual needs. Enjoy fresh and delicious pasta easily at home.
CLEANING
After usage, remove any leftover dough from the back of the disc;
Soaking the disc for two days in water
Finally, use a water hose to clear all of the dough from the disc.
METHOD For PASTADISC - Wine & Glass Pasta Shape Disc, Fit For Philips Automatic Pasta & Noodle Maker, Disc Compatible With Philips Pasta Maker Attachment, Kitchen Appliance, Accessory Kit
For dough, use HOT water.
Allow the dough to rest for a few minutes.
Extrude twice: any Philips disc has done this the first time with thick and large holes.
Extrude using formed discs after cutting the spaghetti short and re-inserting it.
Cut shapes with a shape cutter.

A cute concept, but the extruded pasta does not resemble the picture. The die is difficult to clean, and it is very fragile. Although I used the tool that comes with the Philips pasta maker, a piece of the die snapped during cleaning. I will chalk this up to an expensive lesson learned, throw the disc in the garbage, and stick with extruding tried and true pasta shapes.
