High quality video front, back, and inside. Reliable cable (only had about two month at this point), accurate info and super user friendly. Keeps info like date and time even without hardwiring so I can just turn on the car and start moving. Waiting to hardwire for parking protection too but currently unknown how good parking protection is.Had someone change lanes into me and without this camera it would’ve been their word against mine. Sent the footage to their insurance and they’re covering 100%. Turns out this sideswipe messed up the entire right side so doors have to be replaced, mirrors are messed up (I have a fancy tech package car so it has sensors in it), and while it’s all cosmetic, the repairs are estimated over 5k.

I was pretty skeptical when I ordered this dash cam. The reviews were not perfect but not as bad as some others and the price was rightInstallation was straighforward and fairly easy. The main problem was that the Instruction Manual is incomplete and does not explain the attachment system very well. It does not include a "What's In The Box" section so I did not realize that the clear plastic sheets were to be attached to the glass first, then the camera(s) attach to them using the included pads. It did not explain that the kit included an extra adhesive pad for each camera. By the time I got that figured out (after some correspondence with Wolfbox) I had already attached the main camera to the windshield using the spare adhesive pad. But not to worry, it worked out fine.Like, I think, most people I did not want a wire hanging down from the dash cam to the power supply point. Wolfbox has several accessories listed in the Instruction Manual and offers to send one to the buyer at no charge. To solve the hanging wire problem I asked them to send the hardwire kit. They sent it to me immediately at no charge whatsoever, not even shipping. I received the kit a few days later but the section of wire from the "C" connector to the little black box is too short. I asked Wolfbox if they have a longer one. Indeed they do, and shipped one to me immediately, again at no charge. I received the longer wire kit in a few days but much to my chagrin it did not work because the wire from the "C" connector to the little black box is the same length as the first kit.I figured out a workaround to use the kit and hide the little black box. When i got the wire routed to the fuse box, I discovered that the actual fuses are much smaller than the fuse connectors included in the kit. After more correspondence with Wolfbox, it was determined that I need the univeral kit, which includes several different sizes of fuse connectors. That kit was then sent to me immediately, again at no charge. It includes 4 sets of connectors, one of which is exactly what I need.I also had separate correspondence with them regarding which fuses were the correct ones for connecting the camera. They responded very quickly with the information I needed.After several tests in the truck in both daylight and night, I am happy to report that the results are excellent. The one and only downside is that at night headlights are too bright and there is too much glare to make out license plates. Other than that, resolution is excellent, even when the videos are enlarged to full size on my PC. Colors are true and pictures are sharp and clear.To summarize: while Wolfbox could definitely make some improvements to the Instruction Manual, you would be very hard pressed to find anyone with better after-sale service. The quality of the videos is all you could ask for. I very highly recommend them and do not hesitate to say that.

Ok so i got this dashcam for my vehicle, applied the transparent sticker, waited 24 hours before installing the dashcam on the windshield and was super disappointed with the 3M tape. I tried everything to peel it off, i tried heating it with a heat gun, peeling it off with a set of tweezers, nothing! I ended up with peeling the whole sticker off and applying the extra 3m tape that came with the dashcam. But this way left alot of the old 3m residue on the dashcam. But I’m not gonna lie The quality of the image is great, it has phone integration where you can adjust the settings of the dash cam instead of clicking the button underneath the camera.I rated it two stars because the cons are way more than the pros. We’ll see how it holds in the future and update this review as time passes by.TL;DRPros:-great display.-great canera resolution 2.5k - 1080p.-easy to install.-Long wire to tuck away and hide it in the car.-Gps.-phone app.- wide angle to capture everything Thats Infront of you.- recordings are not merged, so the rear, front and passengers camera recording are recorded individually so thats nice.Cons:-Frustrating 3m tape.-Not so slim design.-The cable are L shaped which i personally hate the way they are in your eye sight, the cable should’ve been a straight cable so they become easy to hide and tuck away from your eye sight.- the rear dashcam recording is flipped horizontally.- downloading a clip takes forever.- can’t adjust the cameras that much just up and down.- cant tilt the camera since its taped stationary in its place.- the maximum capacity of its storage is 128gb instead of a 256gb. This is a huge issue for peope who want to go back to a month old recordings because it wont be there. Since it has loop recording, older clips get deleted to record new recordings.Update:-The customer support is top notch-I was connected through an agent named Kujira,And he/she was so patient with me, offering all the help i needed.-For the damage that happened to the camera while taking the 3m tape, i was sent a whole new camera.- i still had the same problem with the new camera stopping recording due to the memory used was too slow amd was helped with that matter too.-i was helped with every single issue my camera had with much patience and care. I would recommend this camera to anyone wanting to be safe on the road. And If i ever get a second car. The only camera im getting and trusting is this wolfbox dashcam!
