Overall: Recommended! Great magnetic toy made mostly of wood which is a terrific and durable material for kids toys. The magnets are fine but once you put the whole train together and drag it around the dinosaurs might fall off into a chaotic jumble. Not sure if that will bug your kid ours was fine with it and the dinosaurs became part of the rest of the toy maelstrom anyway. Worked for us! Cheers

These are really fun for the kids. The Dino cars can interlink with the attached magnets. The cars and the dinos are detachable, and are both individually numbered so the kids can practice counting and sorting. Was hoping they would be compatible with Mellisa and Doug train tracks, but the wheels are too close together. No big deal, as they don't claim to be compatible, was just assuming they would be. Still cute and fun for the kids!

I bought these for a toddler’s birthday and the cars magnets are great! However, the dinosaurs do not even attempt to stay on. If your toddler gets frustrated easily, I wouldn’t recommend these. I’ve had to hide the dinosaurs and we only use the cars. I would honestly spend your money on something else. I like the idea of these but they just don’t work as they should.

My class loved this toy! We've been playing with it a lot since we received it. It's a little smaller than a typical train toy, so it doesn't fit perfectly on the train tracks we have, but my kids have been able to make do just fine! We love matching the numbers to the number lines!also LOVE LOVE LOVE that it had a 0 train car! BIG plus for this math nerd

Perfect!! So much fun! My grandson was given these for Christmas today and he absolutely loved playing with them! They are well built and pleasing to look at. I highly recommend these.

It's Christmas morning and what toy is getting the most attention? This little dinosaur train set! Our 4 y/o and 2 y/o absolutely love it. This little set has so many things they're interested in right now, all balled into one toy! Dinosaurs! Magnets! Trains! The magnets are strong, the colors are cheerful and the dinosaurs are super cute. We'll be doing matching colors and numbers with this set. Definitely the right age group; definitely a great gift. I can tell these are going to get a lot of use.

This wooden train set from Receka are for toddlers who like trains as well as dinosaurs. The package include 11 pcs which can be attached magnetically. The construction quality is pretty good and should survive most toddlers. This train set does not include any tracks but can still be great fun. The listing says this toy is for 3 -5 year old and 4 - 8 year old. I would think this toy is better for the younger range. The current price of $40-4=$36.00 CAD is reasonable.
