This is a nifty little gadget to get good face shots of your pet. I am using it (mostly) to take photos of rescues up for adoption. You may still need some patience and you need to do a bit of association....holding the treat up like it's in the gadget, then bringing it down and handing it to the dog.... so that realize they should expect a treat there. Once they know to look, you can get some great photos and really cute expressions. I took off one star because I'd like it to be just a tad harder to dislodge it from the phone if you need to make a sudden movement to capture a shot.

Wanted one of these treat clips to take photos of my dog. Didn’t want to spend too much for this as I can just easily hold a treat above my phone and take a photo myself. But was cheap so I purchased it.Clip is small so it won’t be a burden for you to carry it around. The space where it holds the treat is good. The thicker the treat, the better. Keeps it in place. But the part where it slides onto your phone was rather big. My iPhone has a case on so it should have been a problem. But it does slightly wobble and slide when you have a treat on it. You can reinforce it by just adding a folded paper or whatever when using it or just hold it in place with your finger I guess. The clip attracts fur since it has a rubbery texture. Other than that, I’m glad I purchased it.

Took one pic with this. Lucy stood still, finally, so I could get a picture. The treat did it. Usually she runs when she see's the phone or camera.

Such a simple device, but it really works! I can never get my dogs to look at the camera or sit long enough to get a picture. They don’t miss the treat that’s there. Sat still and watched that little bone!

Attaches well even with a thicker case (I have a lumee) and the treat stays in place. I used to try to wait out my dogs to end up with a picture where they look like they are “looking” and now it’s so much easier, love it!! Before and after photos to show the difference it makes!!

I use it to take pictures at a local humane society. It’s awesome, as they focus on the treat and I’m able to get great pictures!

This might seem dumb, but the idea and the price are perfect! I haven’t tried it out with my pupper yet, but it does fit on my phone.
