Works well and everything fit well but no instructions were included. You have to decide wear to install washers on your own and I did make a few mistakes doing it. I would suggest do not tighten anything unit all the bolts are on. Material itself is good quality, no grade 5 bolts but should not need high strength in this application. Rubber inserts hold the backrest in place well and nothing moves around. Backrest clipped on and was secure and steady. Chrome finish looks good and it pieces do not detract from the look too much. Overall good value.
