Very very nice adjustable weights. I got two pairs for my adult son who suffered strokes for his fine motor skill management so we could alternate colored segments, which worked well. There is far less wear and tear on the weights than sand filled weights, and we don’t have the problem of them breaking down and leaking sand in his food. ♥️ Kudos!

These wrist/ankle weight are decently comfortable to wear and can be adjusted to fit nicely on a variety of sizes. I love the silicone rubber covering on the weights making them comfortable to wear against your skin and ensures that they don’t scratch anything if you hit something with your arm/leg while wearing them. The weights can slide down the strap, which allows you to adjust the size by changing where the velcro will connect. I was able to easily strap these to both my ankles and my wrists tightly enough that they didn’t slide around with moderate movement. The velcro is very strong and will definitely not come undone by itself, almost too strong in my opinion where they take a decent bit of force to take off. As far as wearing these underneath clothing goes, you can definitely hide them under pants if wearing them on your ankles, and perhaps under a jacket if you want to wear them on your wrists/arms, but I think they would show under most long sleeve shirts.

I love the fact they are not bulky and they are comfortable. Only con is the weights want to slide off and for me that’s a big thing as I have hand issues so I couldn’t get them back on easily. For a normal person and not a zebra whose fingers/ thumbs dislocate I am sure not a problem.

These bands are nicely made and seem durable. I have just started my weight loss journey a few months ago and decided to add some weight for a little more challenge. These feel like they're true to weight and I use them for my legs. The bands are little individual bars that can slide around the strap to adjust as needed for a good fit. The weights are coated in what feels like that soft touch plastic, which is really nice to the touch and don't aggravate my skin. The velcro is very strong and takes some effort to undo/adjust once you have them on, which works well for more intense movement. I wouldnt want them coming off during a workout. I've only used them a couple times so far but am really pleased with them. Just make sure you have them on and tight in a good spot to prevent movement and they're great.

I've purchased ankle weights before that have been so uncomfortable and bulky. These are great! Comfortable and easy to put on. I just received them a few days ago and have already ordered another set to wear on my wrists.

I love that these are a soft silicone type material so it does't hurt your wrist. Velcro for good fit. Perfect starting weight, feels too light but after wearing them for a couple hours I feel my muscles getting sore!
