I've used various arm/leg weights in the past, but never anything that felt like this. The silicone gives it a totally different feel against your arm/leg that ones that are made out of more traditional fabric. Now, maybe that only feels comfortable because these only weigh 1 lb, and my other ones were 10 or 15 - I'd be interested to see a heavier one of these and how it might compare. Either way, these are very easy to forget about once they're in place. My wife is enjoying using them in her workouts!

If you’re looking for banded weights without spending a fortune, these are for you. They’re great quality and comfortable to wear. Not to mention how great they look. These are perfect for adding a little weight to daily walks and any workout! I’ve also used these on my wrist to help tone my arms. Super ease to use!

I bought these for workouts and they stay on much better than others. The velcro hangs on through all the activity. My small complaint isn't a big deal but it's slightly annoying that the weights slide off easily when I'm taking them off. They slide on again easy enough but it's inconvenient if you are in a hurry.
